Sawadika! The purpose of this blog is not only to document the course of my exploration and education in Thailand over these winter months, but also to uncover things about myself and build upon them within a separate culture so different from my own.

 

I am a busy Grand Valley State University student working on my degree in Communication Studies, with an emphasis in Advertising, and a minor in  Business Management and Photography. All this madness happens while serving as an active member of Delta Zeta Sorority, honors member of the national leadership and academic honors organization, Sigma Alpha Lambda, Laker for a Lifetime Social Media Advocate, and member of the Student Environmental Coalition.

 

I also find it essential to make time to volunteer, run my own business, participate in Lord of the Rings marathons, enjoy the company of friends and create adventures whenever I can, wherever I go.
